E36 3.0 M3 Plugs: Bosch Y5DDC plug gap 0.8mm

E36 3.2 M3 Plugs: NGK PKR7A plug gap 0.7mm

The below guide will give you the recommended torque setting of fitting Spark plugs. Having the plugs too loose or too tight can have bad effects on engine running and/or the plug threads.
